ABOUT ME
i MANAGE PEOPLE PROGRAMS… TO SOLVE PEOPLE PROBLEMS… WITH a dash of creativity & data
With over 7 years of experience supporting marketing and tech companies with operational analytics, DEI training, and global learning initiatives, I think like a creative entrepreneur and approach projects like a program manager/ business strategist. My professional career is rooted in learning & development and diversity & inclusion within the Marketing Industry, and my entrepreneurial endeavors are inspired by my passion for community, culture, and health & wellness.
I am currently pursuing my Master's in Industrial & Organizational Psychology while turning pivot tables and dashboards into compelling data-driven stories and solutions for senior leaders. I believe that people are informants and should always come first, data is the evidence, and everything is “figureoutable” if you have the courage and autonomy to figure it out.
